Ok folks, since mr spence is a pain in my ass, lets think about changing the default theme. Vote or manually change it when you need to :)

Imho, the only problem with Clean Blue is that links in posts aren't highlighted. Surely there must be a way to just fix that.

concur entirely. if someone wants to take a hack at the CSS manually or with firebird or something, and tell me what to change, I'll do it.

Assuming you have unfettered access to the vbulletin forums you might check this thread.

Another user asks about fixing about the exact problem but I can't see if someone posted a code fix 'cause I'm not a licensed user.

I forgot vb has a CSS editor in the admin panel. Better?
I'll take suggestions for normal, visited and mouseover colors as long as they come in the form of HTML font color specifications :)

What happens to default style? Because I'm used to that by now.

we would change default to something, but you'd still be able to pick any style using the chooser and it sticks with you (fairly well, anyway).
the next question is... if we're not using themes can/should we remove them?

It works fine now. That is to say, better than before.
