New site choice #1: Images

So, Gallery2 has been integrated fairly well. Assuming we allow all users to upload and create galleries of their own there, we have a choice to make...

Inserting an image into a blog post is easier from gallery2, inserting an image into a post is easier from g2image. I'm not sure if I can make it work better.

i have restored a few sites with gallery, and NONE of them work on the server. dunno why yet. it makes me sad.

i think it has something to do with safe_mode but i don't recall ever disabling it on the old server, so i'm not sure...
