Some stupid questions in TF2

Since I wasn't part of the beta I'm a little behind the times I'm sure. I'm getting the gaming down but I don't have all of the nuiances yet.

How do you taunt in the game? I hear players saying lots of things but I have no idea how to do this. Is this posted somewhere already?

The one page instruction card that came with the game is a little whimpy.

Also, is there a map? I would like to see where players are on the map. I like to find a heavy or soldier and team up with them to provide doctor support. The problem is that I never know where they are.

There is no map.

Voice chats work a bit like RtCW, except they're prompted from a series of letters, not just V.

Work your way across the keyboard. Z, X, C. once pressed, you'll see on screen # selections. C-3 and C4 FTW

You can also hit 'G' to do your Per-Character, Per-Weapon taunt. (E for Medic)
No minimap. I don't find it a problem though; you'll get used to it.

Its like: Your whole team is traveling in 1 direction, down a limited-in-size path. Minimap = not a problem.
