OK, Took a while, but I've finally gotten an admin tool thing-a-ma-bob installed and functioning on the TF2 Custom maps server (I'll add it to the 24/7 2Fort server soon)
Sorry it took so long, but even now the tool is under constant updating as the TF2 engine is new. But, the bottom line is, it does allow creation of user groups so that I can set up all our regular folks with some rights to so some self policing.
Currently, as there is not Teamkilling, the requirement for kicking players is typically down to a matter of in game chat being abusive, racist, homophobic, etc... or VOiP usage along a similar line of dialogue.
It will take time to add such user groups, but it's in the works.
Currently myself, Naz (Steerpike, in game), NV and Final have such ability to handle things.
There is a chat filter, but that seems to not be functioning at this time, I'll continue working on it.
