There's a few ways to go about it. The easiest would be to, since you do own it, install HL2 Deathmatch and use the in game spray importer. (there's one in TF2, but it's not functional yet)
Start up the HL2 Deathmatch, make a local server, bring down the menu and follow instructions (you'll just point it to your image) You'll then have to restart your game, test it. If successful, exit the game, drill into the folder HL2 just created for the spray and copy everything to your TF2 folder. Then you're done.
Or bug the heck out of NV and let him talk you through it on TS.

So i created...err co-oped one but it does not show in game. I did the import thang with HL2 Death Match and it shows up in the options but it does not actually spray it in game.

Help me Nv you are my only hope.

I think uploads are turned off right now, on account of people spraying porn.
Turn off uploads = can't spray new sprays. New sprays need to get uploaded when uploading is enabled so they can be cached.

Uploads are not off. Haven't been for a while. NV posted a couple new sprays last night, all made it in.

Originally I just needed to pick on Suresh0t/Blacksunshine/Allegeny Express - which was a different and a lot ruder set. Him changing his steam name only eggs me on more :)

actually that'w where ti was one time i was playing. I had set up a sentry gun on 2 fort and someone sprayed that right next to it. it was aewsome.
