Go to the thread, hit the sticky thread at the top, and follow the directions. It's VOIP. Used for ... whatever. Just follow the guidelines, nothing illegal, and usual forum rules apply. 'Cept the foul language part. It's pretty much pg13 and/or R, depending on the hour and crowd. ;)

Practically speaking, there is no benefit to registering. Chaly has it set up where unregistered users have mostly the same abilities as those registered. Many TS servers are set up where unregistered users can only access a lobby-type channel where TS admins may or may not grant them the ability to register and subsequently use other game-specific channels.
