www.thelostogle.com is a pretty good satire site for everything going on in OK and the OKC metro area.

My sister told me about this site this weekend and I have been reading through there archives. The funniest, so far, have to be the Top 100 Oklahoma Embarrassments (http://www.thelostogle.com/category/top-100-oklahoma-embarrassments)

I know there are a few VSF members from OK so I thought I'd share.

63. The Locker Room

If you have not seen The Locker Room on Fox 25, you are missing out. It features Mike Steely, who we like for the most part, and Jim Traber, who we don’t, discussing sports in front of an incredibly low budget set and an audience of about eight people. The first season ended in the spring, and the final episode had a rating of 0.0. Amazingly, and fortunately for all of us who like unintentional comedy, The Locker Room will return next Sunday and continue throughout the college football season. Please, please tune in. We must find a way to keep this monstrosity on the air.

If you are a fan of the City of Bethany, you are probably here because:
a: Your pastor wanted you to see the evils of the Internet, or
b: You Googled something like “Sad Oklahoma Towns”, “Nazarene Hot Spots” or “Where to meet boring white religious people in Oklahoma City.”
If you chose “A”, you probably live in Bethany. If you chose “B”, you should probably live in Bethany. If you chose both, you should probably just close the browser, order some Swadley’s and watch KSBI Channel 52 for the rest of the day or night. Because in Bethany, that’s about all there is to do.
Having grown up in Bethany, I have to agree with everything bad said about this particular 'burb of OKC. Home to not one, but TWO of the largest Nazarene churches in the state and the former Bethany Nazarene College (now Southern Nazarene University).

If you're not a member of one of these churches, you BETTER belong to the Baptist church...
