So, for those out there against the death penalty - can you please, somehow, explain to me why someone like this isn't liquidated?

*edit: Let me add, the question is rhetorical - I'm not really expecting anyone to provide a reason - the whole death penatly argument is bunk because of weak, anecdotal arguments and a lack of good data. First, personal bias leads to pro-death group arguing "what if it happened to your daughter?" while the anti-death group arguing "what if an innocent man is killed," either way, these arguments are weak. Second - the only way to really test whether it's a deterent is to use it, effectively, by clearing out death row, repeatedly and shortly after trial (ala Hussein hanging). Then, see if the crime rates drop. In the absence of such design and data, the argument can never be made whether it does or does not deter crime...
But, in all - this guy is just a prick, liquidate him!
