DooM-Avalanche apparently is a hacker in the vanilla server. All i seen was alot of chopper whoring, but alot of people were complaining during the round. Dont know if something could be done, but wanted to let you all know.

There's nothing definitive in that thread, xhibit. I'm not saying this guy wasn't using some sort of hack, but there's nothing conclusive to prove that he was either. Sure, it is suspicious, very suspicious, his kill streak of 66 is insane! But that's not enough to prove he was hacking. We took well over 100 screenshots from him and saw nothing conclusive there, either. Though that's not a be all end all method, typically it helps.

There is definatly something fishy going on.

Me and my gunner Ko-jak have been flying the attack chops since BF2 came out and we have witnessed this suspicious flying a few times.
The pilot would switch seats and fire the TV Guided and switch back to the pilot and NEVER MISS!. At first we thought he just rocked as a pilot but then when our server was quiet we tried this (for two hours!) and there is no way you can switch seats, turn on TV guided, aim at target <--[extreamly hard in itself cos chopper starts to spin when you leave pilot seat], shoot at target, guide missle to target. These people in question can hit anything at any range.

Eventhough this seemed impossible we were still unsure to call it a cheat untill this happened:-

I'm on the US side with the uber chopper pilot. My clan mate Wimp is on Chinese side. We take the chopper base by the coastline. Uber pilot runs for spawned chopper. I follow to be co-pilot. He gets in and takes off before I can get there (stupid sprint bar lol). He is just a bit higher than the two buildings by the helipad and fires his TV guided missle and sits back in the pilot seat and turns the chopper to fly off. Just as he starts to turn, his TV guided missle hits my clan mate Wimp as he is flying his jet through the valley by the Chinese base!!! HOW?
He was back in the pilot seat and turning before the missle hit!

Yeah, I've actually been nailed in a jet on Dalian by a TV missile fired by a lone helo pilot. He got me a couple of times before I even could spot him (up in the clouds). I didn't like it (and I seem to remember trying the solo fire with crap results).
This guy's logged a lot of hours, and weird stuff can happen in a career like that, but he's got some Kah-razee numbers on the stats page. It at least smacks of stat-padding. Heck, take a look at the resupply point graph, assuming the metrics are accurate. And killing one guy 56 times in a round? And a Purple Heart? If this DM clan is sufficiently large and funded, any stats are easy (if unimaginably boring-sounding).
I don't particularly care about the bling, but if he's a regular visitor and has the glowing people or super 3d map, our boys will clip his wings. I have faith.

Just leave people alone until you have clear and compelling evidence that some sort of cheat/exploit was involved. Unless you know exactly how it is done, stop making assumptions.

So far the only thing that person is guilty of is flying in an attack chopper by himself, but there is no policy against that, unfortunately.
