I agree ... been a long time since I played with most of the folks on tonight. And I was very rusty ... RTCW is very different than ET. Sorry for the TKs :)

Yes, that was awesome! I propose, if we do it again (since it'll likely be one of the last times), that we play all of Menzel's maps.

Tundra and Foo Fighter are great maps that I got to watch him build and play test back in the day. Unfortunately, I never got to play a few good rounds of them with a bunch of experienced players who know what to do. I'd love to play them all one last time to see how they flow with a full load of regs.

Of course, I got countless hours of Normandy Breakout with you fine folks. :lol:

So, those 3 maps, then cap it off with a marathon MG match or whatever other maps we want. In honor of our bestest buddy and big toe Uncle Menzel, and all he'e done (does) for us. Of course, it would prolly be on his server, so I guess he'd hafta do that for us too. :roll:

yeah that was fun... wish i got to play more. besides having to get the relatives at the airport, I was getting CI at each map change and last few hours I can barely surf...

Just stacked against me.

But did see some great old-timers joinging us... Gasser, Fahey, The Catz, Hooers, a mere child, klaus, scarlet... i'm sure i'm missin some, but it was great nonetheless.

I really just wanted a four hour MG battle....

Seriously, the way folks rolled out tonight, I could see us doing the occasional RTCW FOG for a long while......still the only game that can bring most of the old gang back together. Great stuff....

my only prolly was that on every 3rd map, i would have to reconnect to the server as the connection would be interupted....EVERY 3RD MAP.

did i mention every 3rd map? :x

boy that was annoying, what was worsew was that my back was killing me and had been up for 40 hours. so after the last time taht i had to reconnect (and the server was full) i gave up and went to bed...had a strange sleep, kept on trying to get "SoterioN" and all the other team killers back......and at the end i was getting actual kills and points.....i had a great time....thanks guys

It was a blast lastnight. It was great seeing everyone again! I even managed to kill NV one time! Ofcourse there was two of us taking him on and he did kill me as soon as he respawed :mad: ...lol


I'm thinking some day there will be a Wolf for senior citizens club. Instead of shuffle board in florida we all have laptops by the pool..lol

It had been a long day for me so I had to leave about 11 but I really wanted to stay longer!

Dang Strangelove killed me the most I think! lol

I actually got NV twice but never should have done the victory dance because he respawned and wiped me out in one second flat!

Jeff and I both were laughing at ourselves because it did not dawn on us until late in the game that >->o was StickBoy! lol we had forgotten he used that graphic.

Too many to list by name but it was so great just seeing everyone back together. Just something about this group that makes a game so much more fun!

We DEFINATELY have to do this again!

Had a total blast! I'm all for the all Menzel Map night idea... I thought CCM ran the UFO map around the same time we where running scwalbe and the Beer Map? If not I played a ton of it somewhere else, great map.

UFO is a cool map.

Was Village or base played? I joined in about 45 minutes late. I only saw depot and beach.
