http://returntocastlewolfenstein.filefront.com - is always a good bet (haven't checked for all the maps though).

Don't forget to get the PB updater executable, and run it. Then you won't get kicked 20 seconds into your first map.

That site has no 1.4 patch, except for the filefront mirror, which is only available on fastpass servers.
