Any other EQ2 players, this little UI is sweeeeeeeeeeet. It has all of the maps, all of the dungeons, and has all of the highlights, locations and creature spawns marked. I posted a link to it in our Guild forums after another guildy sent a bunch of us there via the Message of the Day.
Anyway, here it is. The file itself is courtesy of EQ2interface. Very cool, especially if you don't like getting lost in dungeons.

Article sums it up.
Here's the link to the download they have graciously hosted:

Once you download the zip file to your desktop, open a path to the location where you will be installing it to. Probably on your C: drive, but mine is on D:. Anyway, here's the path D:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\UI. Once you do that, you should see a folder called Default and one called Fonts. Right click on the open, unoccupied space and select New->Folder. Name the folder something like custom. Then right click on the zip file and select Extract files to..., and use the drop-down menu until you find the 'custom' folder in the UI folder. Extract the files. There will be a notepad text file there. Right click, cut, then paste it on the desktop (in case you want it for reference).
Now, go back to the D:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II folder (not the UI folder), and right click on any unoccupied space, New->Text Document, then paste this in it:
cl_ui_skinname custom
cl_ui_subdir UI/
Then you need to name it eq2.ini, and make it an ini file. Go to the top of the folder and click Tools->Folder Options->View and then un-check 'Hide extensions for known file types'. After you do that, you can rename the text document you just created and turn it into an ini file by deleting the .txt part of it.

This is all stuff covered in their faq, I just gave the readers digest form.

Oh, btw, I ran into Minoltaed over in Zek, the Orcish wastes. Go figure, running into a VSF'er on the same server. :D
