What can I say, WC kicks NazTank's buttocks. There I said it, you happy now?

I'm afraid when that happens that I will go running in a mob and get us all killed. Not that that would really change anything. hehe

On your next run, train towards Kaga . . . and keep on going.

That's what I'd do.

If it makes you feel any better, Bul is working his way up (lvl 15 now). I should be able to serve tank duty in the relatively near future. WC is aimed at lvl20, isn't it?

In general, there are only two times for the tank to run:
1. the healer is under attack - run to pull the attacker off*
2. the healer is dead - if you cannot finish the combat without healing - game over, get out

* actually, more of an off-tank role, the main tank should maintain the focal point of the combat not chasing around adds.

Hehe, he was affected by fear or some other spell that caused him to run. It just looked friggin hilarious when he went shooting out of the middle of a battle leaving Koscher and standing there. Well, me standing there and Koscher swinging away at the elites but...

As for sleeping on the job, I, as a healer, tend to get hit by the sleep spells. I'm going to have to up my talents to resist stuns.

In actuallity, Naz (fennel) and Koscher were doing an excellent job of keeping the nasties off of yours truly and in advancing through Wailing Caverns in general. For just 3 of us in the group and none of us a tank, we did quite well in WC. (Druid, Rogue & Priest)

Yes, WC is for 20-25(ish) teams.

At higher levels, a warrior can break out of Fear IF they are in beserker stance. One of the talents is usuable even when feared and will break the fear (it causes damage to yourself, kinda like bloodrage). Of course, this assumes you are in beserker stance when the Fear strikes. If you are fighting opponents you know can Fear you, you can stay in Beserker stance whenever possible. Of course, this only helps warriors.. so .. nevermind.. :P

My warrior has a trinket I got for being in the Mithril Order that when I activate it dispels Fear and makes me immune to it for 30 seconds. Quite handy, not so much since Fear was nerfed tho.

My GF has that... IIRC, you cannot activate the trinket after you are feared. You have to activate it before you are feared and then it grants the immunity. So, you basically have be clued in that you are going to be feared. It also have a 30 minute cool-down. But it does bump your armor and resistances a bit. If I'm wrong about the activation, let me know - my GF would really like to be able to use it when feared...

Here's a question: do any of you guys know what in the HELL it is that allows some players I've PvPed against to be IMMUNE to my hunter's Concussive Shot? It normally slows their movement speed, and sometimes freezes them. It's probably the single most effective shot in my arsenal, and some guys seem to be IMMUNE! WTF?!

Hehe, hax on RuperT. Diablo got cracked in less than a month, guess they're back at it against WoW.

I don't think it's H4X, it's just something I don't know about.
That's the most frustrating thing about WoW PvP to me; the variety. It's both a blessing and a curse I suppose, but I just don't have the inclination to research every possible trinket, and every possible weapon, and every classes' abilities, and every possible talent path to be a superior PvPer. Now, I have certainly wrinkled the old gray noodle with a lot of useless trivia, but I just don't want to add more shelves with this junk at this particular time.
It's kinda like Rock > Paper > Scissors, except it's Granite > Marble > Limestone .... > Wire Cutters > Gardening Shears > Round-tipped Plastic Scissors > ... > ... > Rupert
Then, you get the grapevine, and forums and whatnot, and it becomes "Get a clue, n00b! Everybody's got a Macrame Bandana of Hunter Screwing!".
Variety is the spice of life (and gaming), but I'm getting heartburn here.

I know priests have a talent line for immune to stun, silence, etc...

I don't play WoW.

I just wanted to agree with the assertion that Naz is a sissy.

Rupert... it could be worse.. you could be a warrior. In PvP we are next to useless.
