Pretty similar recipe for beef ribs but I usually do baby backs.
BBQ Ribs (http://goneboating.net/cpgnuke/index.php?name=recipes&action=viewrecipe&recipeid= 58)
Key to smoking is low and slow. Too high of a temp and it will be dry and tough. My smoker recipes all assume a "wet" smoker. (one with a water tray in it)
I'll post some of the others I use. Been a little slow in updating recipe section there b/c I'm about to upgrade to new version of CPG and i wrote the recipe section. Not sure how it will port over. Hope I don't lose it all.

Try apple cider instead of water in the tray. Works great. Just dont leave it in the tray when done it will boil down to like charcol and is heck to get out .But it ads great flavor to ribs
