Are there any? And are any of them cool?

Or, what are the good cheap ones? I think I'm going to get EverQuest II, but not if it's going to be $20,831.29 a month. In the meantime, Lord of the Green Dragon has piqued my interest in D&D style RPG's, and I want one to tide me over.

Anyone?

If you don't mind paying 50 bucks on the spot, Guild Wars will own when it comes out.

Guild Wars is a long way off, I think.
I just got into the Matrix Beta last night, thanks to my Fileplanet subscription (it also got me a week of World of Warcraft beta, which was very cool.). Betas are a double-edged sword, however; it was too flakey to get much done.
My kid loves http://www.runescape.com/. V1 is very free (and looks it). I haven't tried it.
I don't know of any others, particularly. I'm sure your Google Fu is as good as mine.
I'm thinking very seriously about playing World of Warcraft or Everquest2; I believe they're both out in November. I know Chaly's up for EQ2; anybody else?

Definately going to get EverCrack 2, I just was looking for something to tide me over until July, after the EQ team postpone the release. hehehe

Thanks ya'll.
