I am removing the RECIPES.GONEBOATING.NET site shortly. I have been having DB problems there and cannot add any new recipes to that site. Rather than fix the DB or port the old to a new one, I took the opportunity to migrate everything into PHP.

This does several things. Most important is allowing users to add/edit their own recipes. There are some features I'm working on. I've already added several to the original recipes module that I started with.

Please check it out if you're interested. Post any changes/enhancements you may have. I'll see what I can do.

Enhancements I've made to it so far:
Added cuisine table (japanese, french, spanish,etc...) to the recipes/database
Added a list all search function at the top of the module.
Reformatted the search pages to include category and poster (I will be adding a few more fields to this listing)
Created a BLOCK for the home page to list the 10 most recent recipes added to the DB.

Since I was the one doing the migration, I am listed as the author of each recipe. I tried to add the original poster as the "source" on each recipe. I'm not trying to take credit from anyone. If I missed one or got the wrong source, let me know and I'll update the recipe.

Anyway, all new recipes and such will be put here and once I get time to update my home pages, I'll be removing RECIPES.GONEBOATING.NET. So if you have any links to that, update them to:

http://goneboating.net/cpgnuke/index.php?name=Recipes
or just the home site
http://goneboating.net/cpgnuke/index.php

It should not require anyone join the site to browse or add a recipe. However, I would appreciate it if you did in order to add a recipe so I know who it came from. Not a requirement though, you can just put your name in the source field.

Oh by the lord Thor's hammer I love this place!

Sure I never post, and more than half these recipes I never try, but the ones I do try are great. :)
