What does this mean?

When I try to join TS I get this:

Socket Error # 11004

Does it just mean TS is down or I have some problem? :(

I get the same problem. But other TS servers work fine. :(

That was the error that I was getting all day when they were doing what ever they did, but I get in fine now. Try rebooting.
