Hmmmm, sue 2000 people, get a bad rep, lose sales and become a target for hackers? This is one they can't win. How much money has it cost them so far?
Regarding the second link/article, the University of Maryland will be one of the targets because of this (http://www.inform.umd.edu/News/Diamondback/archives/2004/02/10/news2.html). A friend of mine used to talk about the Direct Connect on campus alot. I kept saying that its just a matter of time until word gets out to the RIAA/MPAA about it.

Here we see a wild hacker in its natural habitat. Hackers are normally gentile, docile creatures, but if provoked, they can swarm and attack with a ferocious fury. :D

Occasionally, when the wild hacker is caged, they become domesticated, and can become trained by their captors to perform menial tasks for them at exhorbitant fees. This usually results in catalyzing uncaged hackers into an indignant frenzy.

The wild hacker is the only species found in nature that can reproduce with no sexual activity whatsoever.

That pretty much throws the New Testament out the window. Next we need to work on the Old Testament. Now, where did I put that Golden Calf?
*EDIT* OMG GOD HAX!!! Not more than 10 seconds after I posted that, lightening and thunder went off in the distance.
Classic.
hehehehehehehe (SK won't be showering, swimming, golfing, going to the roof or talking on a line phone tonight).
