View Full Version : How do I add a font to Photoshop elements?

I am trying to add the gun blah font in adobe with my half a brain I can't seem to crack it?

Hmmm, I always just dropped the font file in the font directory and it appeared for selection in Adobe. Unless it has changed since Photoshop 5.

Ya I'm not finding it and I even cleaned my glasses. I must just be missing it. :sigh:

Yeah, you should be able to just plop in the Windows/Fonts folder and off ya go.

It's not one of them ferren fonts, is it?

The correct way of installing any font is to
go to your C:\Windows folder and then the
Fonts folder and then
click on File -> Install New Font... and specify the path of the font you want to install from.[/code]


C:\WINDOWS\Fonts -> File menu -> Install New Font...

Once that font is in your windows, it will be available for all programs.
