what else do i need? i saw ALOT of amps but which ones should i have?

edit: what directory should these go to within the RtCW file?

Get patch 1.4, 1.41 is server side.

what directory for the patch? i keep getting a "can not find a version of RtCW" message. does it go in the main file?

ok, help me out hgere. i went to install 1.33 because .4 wasnt working. i thought i needed an earlier patch. i hit install and got this:

could not find a version of return to castle wolfenstein on your system

wtf?

You probably have a more current version already patched.

look, im just stimped. i bought the platinum edition. do i even need a patch? if not im going to kick myself..really i will.

Try to connect to the Konijn server on the home page of the web site... that will tell you quickly. It runs a stock map.

raptor, since you didnt previously own wolf, im guessing you went out and bought a GOTY version or something. if that is the case, it is probably already installing the newest version + most of the best maps (except for MG, NB, and UFO)

i didnt need patch, and the kicking myself hurt. but this game is frickin awsome! old maybe but do i care? nein! i'll be playing the rest of the day and i'll be in th lobby on TS if ya want to join me
