Apple Ipod 20GB/40GB

I'm looking into getting an IPOD 20GB or 40GB on ebay (for my gf's sister). Anybody know anywhere else that sells Ipod for less?

Not unless you get a used one... they're pretty much the same price all around. You can get an educational discount from Apple if you or someone you know is a student--that could be a decent amount of money off a new one.

Sometimes macmall.com has freebies thrown in, though they're not much cheaper.

I have one, and love it. Check the reviews section for my thoughts about it...

where is your review? I made a deal with an ebay seller, getting the 20gb for 340 USD brand new in the box.

Which generation ipod is yours? I heard that the battery life isn't very good on the 3rd generation.
