who cares that some of them are poorly rendered and in early development stages, they are already cool.

i joined up on their forums. these are not only some great people and diverse(canada and US but alot from "down under" and eastern europe:russia, finland, thought i saw a bulgaryian. any way, this mod is going to rock more than you can expect, and most of the material is already in game. they have a server up now. its is locked for testing purposes.

what kind of guy modeled the scope on the SVT? weird looking. Never seen a fixed bar up so high. In fact, never seen a scope mounted like that ever. Ah, I know why, it's too high and isn't mounted on the side of the breach. The way it's modeled now it looks like the scope will poke your eye out when you fire.

edit: actually, looking at the top picture, it isnt on the side. it is right in the middle, the lack of tecture and angle just made it look so.

exactly, that's my point. right in the middle so when you fire the weapon, you are now blind in one eye.

the team has actually decided to not have a scope on it. it will be a semi-auto rifle like the G-43(also being added).
