1) No foul or abusive language. Profanity is a distraction from the game and not tolerated by server admins. Foul language is a sign of an undeveloped mind. If you feel the need to express yourself in this manner, play elsewhere. Names meant to be obscene, annoying or hateful are also not allowed. Admins reserve the right to kick objectionable names that make it into the server. Call of Duty is a game, not a political forum.
2) No whining. This is a public server and there are bound to be occasional knuckleheads. While we do our best to limit annoying behavior, whining makes matters worse. If you see something conflicting with our rules, inform an admin and move on. Do not nag...
3) Admins have final say. These rules are not negotiable and they are not up for discussion within the game. Enforcement of these rules and appropriate punishment is at the discretion of the admin. Running gaming servers takes a lot of effort and resources, all of which are DONATED to the VSF and online gaming community. Respect that.
4) No intentional Killing of your Teammates for revenge, spite, etc... (No Team Killing-TK). No causing intentional harm (Sapping) at all to your teammates. Need we say more?
5) No disrespect. Call of Duty is a game and sometimes things can get heated. TKing, lag, losing can all cause players to lose their cool. Do not insult other players, admins or VSF. This behavior is not acceptable.
6) No Advertising. Do not post messages on the server advertising websites, FTP sites, clan recruitment or anything else. If you are trying to promote your website/server, do it elsewhere.
7) No racist language. Racial epithets, slurs or abuse of any kind will result in immediate discipline without warning. VSF, its membership and affiliates will not tolerate racial hate language of any kind.
In summary, kicks will be handed out on a first come first serve basis for the following:
• door blocking
• names with profanity/hateful/annoying phrases
• profanity, racist or other abusive comments
• excessive lag
• high ping
• impersonation
• team killing
• insults/unsportsmanlike conduct
• illegal tweaks/game mods
• any behavior that distracts from the game
These rules are of the highest quality and sure to please even the most jaded of players.
This website/forum is not the platform to openly question your punishment or protest it. If you were disciplined on the gaming server for whatever reason, send a private message or email to the appropriate admin. Posts will be promptly deleted and the creator warned and directed to take the proper course of action.
