Fantastic guide. It is a bit sparse but the 11 rules part is great. Thanks for the link Dawg.

I think we could do better.. :) He mixes alot of opinions in with solid information. He makes no pretensions about it though - when he is stating his opinion, he says so. It is a work in progress too...
