The DC version of a new custom map called Bora has one.....Its compatable with BF v1.5 and DC .6.


Really a cool looking map...similar to Philippines but with more ships...and yes a hovercraft :D

Anyone think we should start trying new custom maps - I don't mean throw them on the server straight away but it would be good to try some of the custom stuff that's out there.

baghdad airport r0x0rz. it is HUUUUUGE, very open, lots of armor, helicopters, sniper positions out the wazoo. it got something for every one but naval freaks. 8)

I edited a few stock maps to add it in as it shows up as one of the available vehicles (has since .4 I think). The major issues were that the thing is freaking huge and takes up half of the base you decide it should spawn in, it tends to start gliding around on the even the slightest slopes so it can be tough to get it to spawn without it gliding into everything else and destroying it, and last and most importantly, it lags like crazy. They may revive it but it seems like they put it on the back burner. Maybe they feel like it doesn't have a place on their current offering of maps.
