I`m looking to get a new mobo and a 2.8c pentium. need some input on which mobos you think are best ,right now i'm looking at the Asus P4P800 Deluxe and the Abit 875P IC7-GMax . I'm not to concerned about prices, but I want to keep things within reason.

I had good luck with my previous Asus.

I'm using a Gigabyte board now. I like the software tools and redundant bios that comes with it.

Both Intel based boards.

That Asus board really performed well according to the test results in Tom's Hardware Guide. Price vs performance, it looked like the best choice. I'll be picking one of those up myself, once I get the cash together.

I prefer Asus boards over other brands. Abit would be my second choice. If I just want something that works and not have to worry about it I usually go with an Intel board.
