All you need is boneless skinless chicken breast, some flour, 1 or 2 eggs, some buttermilk, and Kroger chicken seasoning. Comes in a little red plastic bottle. Mix the buttermilk and eggs into one container. Next mix a generous amount of the chicken seasoning with the flour. Cut the chicken breats into strips, dip into buttermilk, then cake on the breading (flour/seasoning stuff). The buttermilk mixture helps to keep the breading on the chicken.
I throw them into my frydaddy til they turn brown. I guess you could pan fry them as well. It may be generic seasoning but let me tell you its some good stuff. We also make some Pioneer Country gravy to go with htem.
You will have to experiment to find the right mixture of seasoning/flour. I never measure anything, just kinda wing it on everything.
