under a blanket of a scrambled egg and Bulgarian Kashkaval cheese, which
tops the stoneware serving bowl, you’ll find green peppers, onions, red peppers,
feta cheese and pieces of chewy sausage.
Place in a stoneware oven bowl, cut green peppers, onions, red peppers, feta cheese and sausage of your choice. Do not layer it, mix it up. Place on top of that some "Kashkaval" cheese that is either shaved or shredded. Please do your best to find this cheese, it's the greatest white cheese on earth, so much better on foods than any other yellow cheese in America. I promise. On top of the Kashkaval, crack and pour an entire egg on top.
Place in a medium-hot to hot oven (that means 375 to 425 degrees) and take out when the egg is cooked solid and all the cheese on top is bubbling (could be 30 minutes or longer). Underneath you'll have semi-raw vegetables that crunch, but are cooked through and taste fresh.
