Filling Ingredients
Two (2) 8 oz. packages of Philly Cream Cheese
Two (2) large eggs
One (1) cup of sugar
One (1) tsp of vanilla extract
One (1) tbsp of lemon juice
One Oreo cookie crust
Topping Ingredients
Two cups Cool Whip
One cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Sugar
One (1) Tsp Lemon Juice
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Filling
Prep by softening Cream Cheese to room temperature and preheat oven to 375.
Combine all filling ingredients in a large bow... Mix to creamy consistency with hand/electric mixer.
Spoon filling into prepared chocolate cookie crust
Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown
Remove and cool
Topping
Combine all ingredients and whip to smooth consistency
Vary sugar, lemon and vanilla to taste
Final product should be a bit tart, but sweet
Smooth onto cooled cheesecake or large dollop onto individual servings...
