OK since I got this one last night from the beautiful young lady that cuts my hair... I'll start with this.

1 part UV blueberry vodka
3 parts Mountain Dew
2 parts Red Bull

Tastes a bit like a bomb-pop if you remember those from your childhood.

Makes a horribly ugly shade of green but...

Refrain from the simple recipes like "pour tequilla in shot glass, drink" or "put beer in glass". You know what I mean.

FWIW - UV vodka, for mixed drinks is great. Cheap ($8/750ml bottle), syrupy and lots of flavor added. Plus they come in very vivid colors making the drinks look cool (aside from the one above).

For high quality martinis and such, I wouldn't recommend it.

Any blueberry vodka will do. Raspberry or any strong berry flavor will work too.
UV Vodka (http://uvvodka.com/)

And, I'm in Illinois, long way from Canada. ;)

well, I'm partial to boilermakers.

I like beer a lot, but I love it with liquor.

My fave boiler shooter is:

fill half a shot glass with Bailey's, the rest with scotch. Drop shot glass into half pint of Guinnie. Chug that *******.

Edit: I was just told this was named the "Irish Car Bomb."

Man, I haven't had one of those in a decade. 8 or 9 of those really hits ya. One of my personal favorites was a 'Cement Mixer'. 3/4 shot of Baileys, topped with lime juice. Curdles the devil out of the Baileys. Then give it to someone else, and stand back.http://pages.prodigy.net/rogerlori1/emoticons/puke1.gif

Similar to a Dr.Pepper Shot.

Fill a mug with 3/4 of beer (most likely bud or coors) :sour: and drop a shot of amoretto in it and chug the whole thing. pretty good actually :)

I usually drink beer nowadays. This one bar in the city (that i took some of the fellas when they visited) has about 90 different beers on tap. Good Stuff.

As for mixed drinks, i usually get Ketel One with Cranberry, Red Bull with Vodka or whatever the bartender recommends :) I usually stay away from Long Island Ice Teas though......bad experience ;)
