what is this PRM realism mod you speak of?

I played it on another server. It's nothing crazy, just that the infantry rifles can't be reloaded in midclip (like the garand), no health packs, and that server had a 2 sniper limit. Nothing crazy. As I said, uh, nothing, like, crazy, and stuff.
